It can take up to 72 hours to get your order out the door. Before delivery, you will receive information about how to track the progress of your order. Orders arrive in 4-8 days once shipped. When your order departs from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number or delivery date via email. Within 24 hours, the tracking number will be active and you'll be able to locate your order while in transit. With your tracking number, visit the shop app and simply enter your tracking number to check on your order status. Each bag of whole beans is shipped to you within 24 hours of roasting.
We replace any products damaged during transit. A photo of the damaged product is required so that we can alert our shipping department to ensure consistent quality. Please let us know the original order number and the best address for exchange shipment.
Woo Coffee will not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, we strive to satisfy our loyal customers and want you to be happy with your purchase.
